New Customer Testimonials
Someone left a Callaway 5 Wood so I took it with me to the
Clubhouse and left my phone number. No one ever called and I used it for two
years. I re-gripped it and it had a brand new grip handle. Two years later I
was talking to a group of guys at Rolling Meadows and one of them mentioned
having lost a Callaway 5 two years earlier. I went to my bag, pulled out the
Callaway and gave it back to him. That was in 1978 and my dad and I have been
golfing here ever since.

I’ve been playing here since 1978. My fondest memory…. I
remember one time, it was a hot summer day and Tony Sr. went out and picked
up 6 pack of beer for us to have
after we played 18 holes of golf and would not let us pay for it.

I’ve been coming to Rolling Meadows since I was seven years
old. My grandfather used to take me every chance he could. He’s too old to hack it around any
more, but I still come back as much as I can. Thanks to everyone for a great day of golf.
Jason Higgins South Lyon
I first played Rolling Meadows back in 2003 with a friend of
mine, Detroit news Sports Assistant Editor, Craig Yumas. There is actually an article Craig
wrote many years ago hanging in the pro shop of the golf course describing the
course and talking about how it’s a hidden gem. I completely agree.
I love playing the course and played it many, many times in the last
nine years. I used to live in
South Lyon and would play the course quite often. I love the peacefulness of the course and the shape
the course is always in. The
people who work there and run the course are always very friendly and you can
tell they truly appreciate your business.
The course presents some interesting challenges, but they are challenges,
as a long time golfer, I really like and look forward to. There are a couple of par 3’s that are
always a challenge. The golf
course is so much fin to play and it’s usually not jammed up wall-to-wall with
people, which always makes for a fun and relaxing round on a truly hidden gem
of Metro Detroit golf. I live in Cleveland
now and plan on playing at Rolling Meadows as much as I can when I m back in my
home state during the off-season from the AHL hockey team I now work for. I would highly recommend giving Rolling
Meadows a try!!
